Setup fees

Connection to the Internet via the LAN network without a binding contract (a contract with 1 month resignation note) - 0 BGN setup fee, which includes:
- in premises cabling of up to 40 meters
- out of the premises cabling of up to 70 meters
- the customer is charged for the length of the cables used over the specified amounts. For the price of the cable, please see the Pricelist for Additional services, Hardware and Consumables section
Internet services provisioning leadtime is up to 7 business days depending on the exact address and in case of technical feasibility

Special rules are applicable in case of relocation of Powernet customers on a new address within the Powernet coverage. The connection to the LAN services on the new address is free of charge. Also, Powernet offers one free welcome month for the Internet package used on the new address. All Powernet customers can take advantage of this special rule up to two times per year.

Re-connection after the "tolerance" period (7 days after the billing date) has been expired - free of charge *

Notes:
* In this case, the monthly fee covers the services for the following 23 days and the 7 days tolerance, used in the past

Additional services at customers request:
- installation of a WiFi router
- installation of 10/100 mbps LAN card
- installation of 8 port switch
How to request an Additional services:
- over the phone to any Powernet Local office (ext. 2) or
- over the phone to Powernet 24x7 Helpdesk (ext. 3)
- in any Powernet Local office personally

Pricelist for Additional services:
- Powernet LAN technician visit at customer's premise for any of the Additional services listed above is charged 3 BGN per started 15 min. interval
- Restoring of a torn cable and/or change of RJ-45 connector is free of charge (up to 1 time per month)
- The change of MAC address more than 1 time per month - 6 BGN (the customer may add up in the system up to 5 MAC addresses simultaneously and free of charge)

- 8 port switch (without a warranty card) - 25 BGN/unit
